Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sales periods.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing.

Once 8 hours have passed since placing the order, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. If you would like to return an order, please wait until it has been delivered.

If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. After processing, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.

Important: Shipping carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If your order is processed on a Friday after midnight, it may ship the following Monday.

Priority Insured Shipping

We offer Priority Insured Shipping for all orders, which includes:

  • A tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way
  • Confirmed delivery to help ensure your package arrives safely
  • If your order is not delivered as expected, we will send a replacement at no extra cost
